Cooking Classes

Below is a list of our upcoming Cooking Classes. If you are interested, please call to book your spot

We will have a Cooking Class on Monday March 26th, 2012 at 9:30 am to 11:30am. Anna will teach you how to make a fresh green Spinache salad, a wonderful Meat Lasagna made with ingredients from the Market, a nd a quick Bread Pudding. Cost is $55.00 ea and will include a Wine Tasting of a couple Chianti’s that would compliment the dish. We can only accomodate 8 people. Call 972-355-3354 ext 103 and ask to speak with Alex or Anna.

We will have a Cooking Class on Monday April 16th, 2012 at 9:30 am to 11:30am. Anna will teach you how to make Pasta Fazool (Italian specialty soup) and the main course will be Sausage Cacciatore made with ingredients from the Market, and dessert will be fresh Berries and Creme. Cost is $55.00 ea and will include a Wine Tasting of a couple Chianti’s that would compliment the dish. We can only accomodate 8 people. Call 972-355-3354 ext 103 and ask to speak with Alex or Anna.
